Whole sentences — wait until each sentence is finished instead of word-by-word (applies to the screen and the audience readers)

AI patience — how long a pause counts as the end of a sentence. Higher = the AI hears more before it finishes speaking (better translations, no cut-off endings); lower = snappier voice. Applies from the next Start.

The AI voice comes from the same translation session — it costs no extra plan hours. Broadcasting uses ~0.5 Mbit/s of upload while on; listeners press Listen on their reader page.

AI patience — how long a pause ends what was said: 0.8 s

0.6 s suits most conversations. Higher keeps the endings of slow speakers together; lower answers faster.

Speak the translations aloud Detect any language One screen, two languages: the app hears which language is spoken and shows the translation as you talk; once you pause, the sentence is spoken in the other language. The microphone is closed while the voice plays — let it finish before answering, or tap the text to skip it.
